A Lifetime

of Curiosity
and Exploration

For over 30 years I’ve been an explorer of personal growth, though at the time I wouldn’t have called it that. I was just following what I fancied, course by course, treatment by treatment, wandering through a broad landscape of healing and self-development, studying relentlessly, and sharing what I’ve learned.

During all of this I built and sold a successful food distribution business. I understand pressure, long days, and what it feels like to hold a lot of space for a lot of people. I’ve been the one holding it all together, the one falling apart, and the one thinking holy crap, that escalated quickly. What really excites me is when a shift actually changes how life is lived, not just how it’s understood.

These days I am simply living as myself. My life includes cooking, gardening, meditating, yoga, walking and training.

My concepts of wellness or transformation have come from a myriad of inputs,
but how I understand and what I share is grounded in lived experience. The feels include real grief, real growth, beautiful insights, inconvenient paradoxes, and a deep compassion for where we’re all at – doing the best we can even when it doesn’t look like that from the outside.

I care deeply about being a place where questions are welcome, where it feels safe to express where you’re really at, your own and universal wisdom can be accessed, and you feel more confident and relaxed to navigate whatever season you are in.

If you feel drawn to connect, ask a question, or share where you are right now,
I’d love to hear from you.
